Welcome to Samui Pixel Prod Co., Ltd. (“Samui Pixel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.samuipixel.com and our photography and videography services.
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Samui Pixel provides professional photography and videography services for businesses such as restaurants, real estate agencies, villa owners, and other corporate clients.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by email or written quotation.
2. Service Area
We currently serve Koh Samui only.
For projects located outside the island, additional travel and accommodation fees may apply.
3. Quotes and Bookings
All projects require a written quotation approved by the client.
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required.
The full payment must be made on the day of the shoot.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot date: deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
Cancellations made within 7 days: deposit is forfeited.
In case of severe weather, illness, or force majeure, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
5. Delivery of Work
Final images are delivered in JPG format, and videos in MP4, MKV, or AVI formats.
Files are shared via an online gallery or file transfer service (WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.).
Standard delivery time: 15–30 days depending on the selected plan.
Faster editing is available with a 10–30% surcharge.
For full privacy (no public or portfolio use), a 30% surcharge applies.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
Samui Pixel retains full copyright over all produced content unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the content for commercial or promotional purposes related to their business.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify the work without written consent.
Unless the client requests full privacy (with surcharge), Samui Pixel reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio, website, or social media promotion.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Obtaining all necessary permissions to film or photograph at chosen locations.
Ensuring that all subjects or properties have granted consent for filming/photography.
Being on time for the scheduled session.
Samui Pixel is not liable for delays, location restrictions, or any issues beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to deliver professional, high-quality work, Samui Pixel shall not be held responsible for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from our services.
Technical problems, force majeure, or data loss beyond our control.
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the related service.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.samuipixel.com/privacy-policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suratthani Province.
