Refund Policy

At Samui Pixel Prod Co., Ltd., we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality photography and videography services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as it covers pre-production planning and secures your date.
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled shoot, the deposit may be transferred to a future session within 6 months, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations by Client
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled shoot are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.
If full payment has already been made, only the amount exceeding the 20% deposit may be refunded, provided that no shooting or editing work has begun.
3. Cancellations by Samui Pixel
If Samui Pixel must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, or force majeure (natural disaster, emergency, etc.), clients may choose between:
A full refund, including the deposit, or
A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
4. Rescheduling
If a session is postponed due to severe weather, transportation issues, or illness, it may be rescheduled once at no charge.
Further changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
5. Refunds After Delivery
Due to the creative nature of photography and videography, refunds cannot be issued after delivery of edited content.
However, if there is a technical error or missing file, we will correct or re-deliver the affected materials at no cost.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
